Brotherhood Of Russian Truth (formed after the end of the Russian Civil War).  After the end of of the Russian Civil War, P.Krasnov organized a secret group called "The Brotherhood of Russian Truth ". The purpose of the organization was the physical and ideological struggle against communism. This image can be found on the Russian Anti-Communism web page.   The flag is a Russian tri-color with an orthodox cross and the abbreviation "БРП".  (source: Vexillography and anticom.ru)
